What online book company has most integrity? Definitely NOT ecampus!!!!?

I purchased a book that showed available and their website and confirmation emails state "Your credit card has not been charged for this item, as it is company policy to only charge once an item has shipped from our Shipping Facility." However, they charged my account immediately and 7 days later send an email stating "order has been cancelled but account was not charged." However, MY ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED IMMEDIATELY UPON ORDERING. Upon calling them at 1-877-322-6787 I am told yeah that's what our web states but we have actually started charging our customers account (without their knowledge-of course) upon receipt of the order AND it will take 2-10 days for you to get a refund. YIKES, makes me want to run right out and tell all my friends and family to order from the great company :-(. Please don't! This would be detrimental for a college student who needs the book asap and can't order because ecampus has their funds locked up. Please help, any suggestions on how to handle this and/or online bookstores with integrity that don't knowingly place false disclaimers on their website would be helpful??? Thanks.
