Need help about a girl I like!!!?

Hey well there is this girl, I have known her for a while and recently she asked me if I wanted to go to the toilet with her, she said not in the same toilet/bathroom but she did say walk with her to the toilet, I in-knowingly said no, i watched her walk off and she walked to her friend and talked to her for a few minutes, she then walked to the toilet, I felt guilty and walked over and waited for her so I could atlases walk back with her, but I'm wondering, what did she mean? Does this mean she likes me?
