Help!! Anybody who has a child with ADHD or autism?

Hi, my 3 year old is super hyper. She can sit still for a little while usually only when she's drawing. She refuses to listen o anything I say to her. Or anyone else. I think she's really smart, she can put together puzzles on my phone in 2-3 seconds. She remembers things from a long time ago. She memorizes entire movies and can say them word for word. She amazes me all the time. But she pushes me until I can't handle it anymore. She does the same things repetitively over and over knowing she gets trouble for them. But when you ask her what she did wrong she will tell you. I don't understand why she knowingly tries to get into trouble. She's always been very high strung since she was a baby. She was climbing baby gates at 14-15 months. She is like MacGyver (sp?) she will figure a way to get something she wants, whether it means climbing on top of cabinets or side stepping along my entertainment center to get something from it. I can't take my eyes off her for a minute (literally) or she will find something to get into. I'm afraid she's going to hurt herself if I leave her even to go to the bathroom. Please any other parents who are going thru this?? Any discipline advice?? I need help please! (Btw ADHD runs in my family, if that means anything).
